Please note: for skin care, hair care products, brushes, combs or clips no returns can be accepted for hygienic reasons.
For return/exchange ask for a return authorisation number by phone or e-mail.

RETURN SHIPPING
Print out a copy of your original purchasing invoice. State the problem on the back of your invoice with the authorisation number. Be sure to attach the invoice with your shipment.
Please pack your shipment securely, use a registered mail or tractable shipping method and prepay the shipping cost.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
In case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department within 24 hours of the receipt of your order with a picture if possible.
UNDELIVERABLE. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is the costumer’s responsibility for the charges occurred, including the original shipping and return shipping cost and/or tax and/or other charges.
